Dr. Candice Matthews says documents tied to Bexar County Democratic Party and Texas House District 125 race are under review

BEXAR COUNTY, TX – Dr. Candice Matthews said during a press conference that she and her team plan to review documents today connected to the Bexar County Democratic Party and its chairwoman, Michelle Solis.

Dr. Matthews said the documents were provided through a tip originating from Bexar County and reference matters involving the local Democratic Party, the elections office, and ballots. The documents also include information related to the race involving Michelle Barrientes Vela for Texas House Representative District 125 and U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett.

According to Dr. Matthews, she and her team will review the documents and share additional information with the community as it becomes available.
